Part 1 covered the mechanics of various types of trauma and the impacts of the current pandemic on service providers and their clients. Part 2 will build upon Part 1 in addressing collective trauma responses during COVID-19 and developing Collective Trauma Care Plans. Participants will learn how to prioritize a care plan in support of their leadership development. They will learn about specific tools that aid in addressing the impacts of collective trauma to ultimately have a lasting impact on professional development and increase leadership capacity.

Additionally, participants can register for FREE access to Strategies in Self-Leadership Training Series developed by social work professionals to aid in further development and implementation of Collective Trauma Care Plans.
