Collaborative Solutions facilitated a rural track at the 2017 CSH Summit, May 24-26, 2017 in Denver, CO. The CSH Summit expands the dialogue surrounding supportive housing and its measurable impact on improved healthcare, better outcomes in treating substance use disorders, addressing the needs of those leaving institutions and hospitals, keeping families together, and giving our veterans the dignity they deserve.
